I had an issue with my account and reached out to support. They did eventually get back to me and fix it, but it took longer than I expected. I felt like I had to follow up and escalate the complaint a bit before anything really moved along. The response was fine once they got to it, but the whole process wasn’t very quick. Not a terrible experience, but not great either, average overall.

Videos load fast for me, and the quality usually stays clear. I don’t run into much buffering, even when I skip around, which is what you’d expect from a decent video app. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that some videos take a little longer to start, and every now and then the quality drops for no obvious reason. Nothing major, though, overall it works well

I was trying to cancel my bang account and it wasn’t exactly difficult, but it also wasn’t obvious. I had to click around through a few pages before I finally found where to do it. Not sure if I missed something at first, but the cancellation did go through and I got the confirmation email after. So in the end it worked, just wish the steps were easier to find.

I went in expecting a ton of ads, pop ups everywhere, pages freezing, and random stuff jumping in my face every two seconds, but it was actually smooth, the pages loaded fine, nothing got annoying, and I had a much better experience than I thought I would, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

Overall, the downloads work well and I like that there are a few quality options to pick from. It can be a little slow sometimes, but most of the time it’s fine. I do wish the file names were a bit clearer though, since it can be kinda hard to tell what’s what.

I like that bang.com actually lets me choose what emails I want to get, and yeah, it seems to stick to it. I updated my preferences and after that I wasn’t getting a bunch of random extra emails. It was easy enough to set up, and so far no annoying spam. Happy with it.

I’ve been using bang.com for a few months now, at first I wasn’t sure if I’d stick with it. This one hasn’t really felt like that. The site is easy enough to check in on, I haven’t had much to complain about, and it just kind of became part of my routine. The thing that really keeps me subscribed, though, is that there’s usually new content showing up often enough that it doesn’t feel stale

I mostly use bang.com because the search and filters actually do what I am trying to make them do, if that makes sense. It is easy to sort through stuff and find what I want without clicking around forever like on other sites. Not perfect every single time, but compared to a lot of similar sites, it works way better. 5 stars from me.

There are definitely some good things here, and I enjoyed parts of it early on. But reading between the lines, it feels like there just isn’t enough variety to keep it interesting for very long. After a while, it starts repeating itself and I found my attention drifting.
